Life Transition Coaching

I support you moving through significant life transitions — relocation, new parenthood, breakups and more.

With compassion, grounding, working through releasing fears, and cultivating the courage to create the next phase of your life, we will co-create the necessary steps to move through the different seasons of change. You will gain the practical tools and receive the support to move from overwhelm into confident, embodied action.

  • It does not matter if the change is external or internal. Maybe you have become a new parent or moved to a new country, gone through a break up, experienced illness in your family. Perhaps the change is on the inside and more subtle, like a longing or an inner nudge that you cannot put your finger on.

How we take it from here..

1. Free introduction call (20–30 minutes):

Awarm conversation to hear your situation, and understanding what is needed

2. Coaching proposal:

After our call I’ll send a clear proposal outlining the agreed goals, recommended number of sessions, timing and costs.

3. Coaching begins:

We meet for scheduled sessions and use between‑session exercises to deepen learning and build momentum.

4. Review and next steps:

We track progress and refine the plan so your goals are achieved and sustained.

Suggested 8-Session Career Coaching Plan:

1. Foundations: Clarify current situation, values, and what “success” looks like.

2. Strengths & Story: Uncover strengths, transferable skills, and recurring patterns.

3. Visioning: Craft an aligned career vision.

4. Obstacles: Identify internal and external blocks; introduce mindset tools.

5. Strategy: Create a tailored career strategy that energizes you and does not drain you (job search plan, transition, promotion, entrepreneurship).

6. Tools & Presentation: CV/LinkedIn positioning, professional  branding pitch.

7. Practice & Implementation: Interview practice, mock interviews, outreach plan.

8. Consolidation: Reflection, metrics of success, next steps and keeping momentum plan.

What transition Life coaching Looks Like:

We identify in which season of your transition process you are in: According to that, I make a proposal of the amount of sessions and we agree on the  time frame. We identify your values, needs, what success looks like for you right now in your life, we work towards a vision and clarity for the next phase.

Typical Session:

60 minutes weekly or every two weeks.

Tools Used:

Values assessment, strengths inventory, action planning, experiments, accountability checks where we celebrate each step, mindfulness/stress tool box

Outcomes:

We break down the big transition process in priorities and 1–3 achievable goals, concrete action plan with milestones, newly built habits/routines, greater emotional regulation and confidence, long‑term maintenance plan.
