1. Free introduction call (20–30 minutes):
Awarm conversation to hear your situation, and understanding what is needed
2. Coaching proposal:
After our call I’ll send a clear proposal outlining the agreed goals, recommended number of sessions, timing and costs.
3. Coaching begins:
We meet for scheduled sessions and use between‑session exercises to deepen learning and build momentum.
4. Review and next steps:
We track progress and refine the plan so your goals are achieved and sustained.

We identify in which season of your transition process you are in: According to that, I make a proposal of the amount of sessions and we agree on the time frame. We identify your values, needs, what success looks like for you right now in your life, we work towards a vision and clarity for the next phase.
Typical Session:
60 minutes weekly or every two weeks.

Values assessment, strengths inventory, action planning, experiments, accountability checks where we celebrate each step, mindfulness/stress tool box
Outcomes:
We break down the big transition process in priorities and 1–3 achievable goals, concrete action plan with milestones, newly built habits/routines, greater emotional regulation and confidence, long‑term maintenance plan.
