As project recruiter, I am your partner in growth and my mission is to support you by acting as an in-house recruiter, working with your organization with full dedication and handling the hiring process completely, from start to finish. I have developed 15 successful years of experience hiring and growing talents in the ever changing recruitment industry from junior to senior roles in the following areas:

With my solid background in agency recruitment, I had partnered with hundreds of organizations operating in the most diverse sectors and industries – from very small companies up to big size organizations. I worked on high volume projects in a small time frame as well as with a portfolio of clients where I was filling vacancies year after year. In a nutshell, I have gained a varied, agile experience that helps me to adapt incredibly quickly to new hiring projects.

I take the time to understand the needs of a team, and the needs, values and culture of the company. When the hiring manager needs it, I can step in as advisory partner also in identifying what could work best.
